## Welcome!

QTask was developed to help companies in highly regulated markets overcome challenges with creating, assigning, and tracking tasks across multiple teams and complex processes. 

Most competing applications create tasks up front and are viewed in a Gantt chart. This approach limits your ability to change business processes in real-time and creates unnecessary data that can bloat your Salesforce instance. 

On the other hand, we monitor your salesforce instance and create tasks only when they are needed to be assigned. Each task can be auto-assigned to the right person using Omni Channel. This approach allows you greater flexibility to change your business requirements and enables Salesforce to run more efficiently.
