Create QTask Routing Rule

QTask Routing Rules specify what field to look at when assigning QTasks. In this example we are going to be lookin at the Service Territory Name on the Service Appointment object.

Navigate to the QType and create a Skill Routing Rule

1. Add Decription

2. Set the Field API Name of field storing the values to assign skill

3. Set QType

4. Set the Status to Active after you create a QTask Skills Map and QTask Skill Map Values
