Accepting a QTask

When a QTask is created and assigned to a Queue, it will be routed to the next available agent. You will see a record pop up in the Omni Channel Tray in the bottom left hand corner of your screen and if you have your volume turned up you should hear a ringing chime.

By clicking on the check mark, the following occurs:

  1. The QTask record is opened into a new tab

  2. The ownership of the record is changed from the Queue to you

  3. The status changes from Pending Assignment --> In Progress
