QTask Statuses

In the top bar of the page you will see a Salesforce Path with the QTask statuses. They are:

  • Pending Assignment : The QTask's ownership is a Queue and hasn't been assigned or reassigned yet.

  • In Progress: The QTask has been assigned to an agent.

  • Needs Review: If something comes up and the agent is unable to complete the QTask they can put the Status into Needs Review. This can kick off a consecutive QTask to be created and assigned to a different team.

  • Approve / Complete : The task has been approved or completed.

  • Cancel: The QTask has been cancelled. This can happen automatically if the record falls out of the report criteria before the QTask has been assigned to an agent.

  • Audit / Complete: This is the status that is set after an audit has been performed on the given task.
